BUYERS BEWARE OF SCAM LIKE ACTIVITIES!!! We booked this reservation at Inkari Luxury Hotel a few weeks ago and then went ahead a bought international flights to Peru. We booked at a specific rate and the reservation was accepted and confirmed, weeks later they send us messages saying we will have to pay about twice as much if we want to say in the hotel. ABSOLUTELY INSANE! I start doing a little bit of research and it seems like it is not the first time they do this, but they seem to do a pretty good job at covering it up. They always call it a "pricing mistake" and use that as a excuse. THEN THEY CANCEL MY RESERVATION, so now I have a flight and no place to stay! This is borderline criminal. So unless you are looking to pay twice as much as you expect, do not book at Inkari Luxury Hotel.

Very quirky hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were big as was the bed. A little dated but that was part of its charm. Great indoor pool upstairs with views of the city!

Excellent top class hotel. Rooms wide confortable and clean. Tasty restaurant and rich breakfast with a large choice but the staff all included it makes the real difference. Receptionists seem to be able to quickly solve any logistic problems. One of the best never met. Suitable for long and short stay.

I liked the adjustable and comfortable beds. We utilized the gym. Got our welcome pisco sours and chilled at the bar. Used the computer and printer. The breakfast buffet was just okay. The only complaint I had was the girl at the check in desk told us that she would charge us 30 since we were checking in earlier. We agreed to those terms. The next day they said she messed up on our reservation that we would be charged a full 160 since we came in before 0800. When my husband complained they only brought it down to 120 since we had one bed when we requested 2. They were very apologetic about it but did not compromise on the price. They also double charged us, which they rectified.

This is a really nice hotel but one thing put me off the place.... we arrived at the hotel having got a taxi from Lima airport...the city of Lima is a massive place with 11 million residents.... apparently...so as you can imagine it has good areas, and not so good areas. This hotel is in one of the good areas...as long as you only walk forward of the hotel not behind... that's what we were told from the reception staff so that's what we did, and we had no problems at all...there are lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of shops to look around as well..the hotel is modern and quite nice...the rooms are quite large and clean, the bed was comfortable, although I thought the bathroom was a bit tired. The hotel has a very good gym and a nice clean indoor swimming pool, the restaurant is more like a canteen really with a bar at the end, although the food was good....the breakfast wasn't that great though..the WiFi was good as well...we put a case in storage there as we went on to Cusco for a few days to see Machu Picchu (which is amazing) and the storage was free...the only thing that really put me off this hotel is it has a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallway and in some of the rooms...the first room we were given we changed because of the smell the second was a bit better but not great.... I complained to the reception staff and was told that infact it's not cigarette smoke that I could smell, it was that they pump the smell of cinnamon through the air conditioning system....why you would do that I don't know... cinnamon is a smell that although some people might like a lot, some people don't....I don't.....also I didn't think it smelt like cinnamon at all...like I said I thought it smelt like cigarette smoke.... All in all a nice hotel in a good location just didn't like the smell....

Spent 2 weeks here during the lock down, couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The rooms are lovely, and the staff are amazing.

Wonderful staff and very clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable! The restaurant serves excellent food if you’re too tired to explore the city. It’s also very close to Kennedy Park where there’s a plethora of shopping and restaurants and 1/2 block away from the Inka Market. Excellent location.
