I can sincerely say this is the best vegetarian cuisine I have ever had. I live in New York City, and how I wish this restaurant could open in Manhattan and show people what real vegetarian food can be. In fact, two sisters from NYC were sitting next to me and agreed -- Manhattan can't compete with this place. The menu is hand written each day with different dishes. Great atmosphere. A cafe and gift shop upstairs.

The food is definitely 5 stars in my mind, the atmosphere is beautiful and the price is reasonable for such exquisite, flavoursome and sustainable food. The only aspect of the experience holding my rating down is the service. On my particular visit not only did the waitress display an almost disrespectful persona to both me and my (fluent Spanish) wife, she failed to take our drinks order, failed to bring the bill and did not return to our table. I approached another front of house staff member for the bill which took a further 10 minutes in which time other customers received their bill who had asked after I had. It's quite sad as I would love for non vegetarians to venture into this style of cuisine but I wouldn't want their experience marred by such poor service.
