Great customer service. My server spoke English, which was nice. A quesadilla tasted like it did in the US. They also had buffalo sauce, which I was very excited about. The service was a little slow but I didn't mind. I just sipped on my margarita.
This restaurant offers a variety of American-Mexican appetizers and main courses (not too spicy or not spicy at all), great cocktails (international and local types), soft drinks, and desserts. Nice atmosphere and decoration, good and quick service.
Poor service. Brought entrees, then appetizers, then drinks. Wanted another beverage, but no server came to table until after closing. Were not able to order drinks (not even refills) or desserts because the place closed although no one ever told us or checked on us after dropping food. Later, several people came to tell us the place closed and to leave, and each time we asked for a check, but no one brought it. It was not busy either... There, were only three or four other tables of people there. Finally it came as one check even though we had asked (in native Spanish speaker Spanish) at the beginning of the order for separate checks. Finally, we were able to leave after midnight (and the place closed at 11). The whole experience was a mess, and no one really helped us or smoothed things over. The food was fine. No complaints there.
Great food and service. Food was delicious and services promptly. More toppings on the nachos would be nice.

Good food, and pretty good prices :) maybe it was just a bit too loud over there...
Nice place, very impressive and comfortable but if we talk about food I prefer Bembos.
