I’m not sure this is a legitimate company any longer. We were looking for a blanket export distributor and thought Wayra was it. I got in contact with Wayra well before our visit to Lima. I indicated to the sales rep I’d like to see the products in person. Once we arrived in Lima I tried to firm up an appointment with the salesperson to see their products. At that point, it was made clear that they do not have a showroom, and more importantly only do catalog orders with no ability to meet them or see their products ahead of time. Odd. That, along with seeing their Cusco store had been vacated made me suspicious of the company. Wayra’s sales attitude is very different than the other blanket distributors we met with who highly encouraged us to meet with them and to personally see the quality of their products while we were in Peru. I would be very cautious of doing serious business with this company.
