We are a group composed of the Uaiki Global Initiative Foundation and the Uaiki Company, we specialize in creating and distributing innovative systems whose main goal is to promote access to valuable information, safe entertainment and above all, quality education. We have engineered a robust portable virtual library system (Ucloud System) designed to be easily implemented in locations still far from having reliable access to valuable learning resources and the internet. Our mission is to connect disadvantaged rural communities inclusively, with the best development opportunities that the era of technology and information has to offer. After more than 3 years of research and development and more than 2 years of field testing our solution within our pilot program at Uaiki’s Virtual library center located in Tambohuaylla, one of the poorest communities on highlands of Cuzco, our team has finally managed to reach a reliable and scalable system. Currently, as a non-profit we have distributed more than 30 UcloudKits (Virtual Library Kits) in forms of donations, these are being used in several rural communities, municipalities, libraries, schools, and NGOs benefiting a diverse range of social development programs. At Uaiki we are convinced of the great potential of our innovation and how it can help our young and adults to develop personal and professional skills, henceforth today we are looking for strategic alliances with people and organizations aligned with our commitment to fight against the lack of access to education throughout Latin America and the world.
