Museo de la Nación to gratka dla miłośników kultur prekolumbijskich. Dla nas najważniejsze było spotkanie z Octopus Frontlet, złotą ośmiornicą z kultury Moche, znalezioną w stanowisku La Mina. Wykonany ze złotej blaszki został pocięty, aby reprezentować nadprzyrodzoną postać z mackami żębatymi, zakończonymi głowami suma.

Lugar hermoso para ver la actualidad cultural del país.

Al ingresar y salir por la Av. Javier Prado te revisan pero a mi parecer no tan estrictamente. El auditorio tiene una buena acústica y aire acondicionado. Todo el museo tiene una arquitectura brutalista.
