Excluciva is still the best bus service. The attention is courteous and the bus is the most comfortable. The seat reclines totally flat into a bed and has adjustable lumbar support and massage. We had to change the date of our return trip and it was handled easily. I don't know if they have English translation, we speak Spanish.
Really good quality bus company! The bus was new and very well maintained. The schedule was a little off and they company wasn’t very communicative, but overall, I had a very pleasant experience traveling with this bus company.
Seats were comfortable but nothing special and the overall experience was comparable to Oltursa and others. If you choose to go with this service, I recommend packing your own meal.
Good company for bus travel. The station is not big enough but they are usually on time for departure. The parking lot is only for less than 10 cars outside, so this should be improved.
Very BAD experience with EXCLUSIVA ! To Avoid. Trip from Cuzco to Lima, 22h. 1) The staff guy was rude and aggressive. He should rather be a security guy ! 2) No wifi during the whole trip 3) Food was cold and not really fresh 4) Almost all the personal TV were broken So all the exclusive services we paid for were not present ... LAST BUT NOT LEAST : I forgot my cellphone on my seat. I was the last one going out of the bus. When I noticed that, nobody could find it. The only one left in the bus was the member of the staff and he told us that he did not find anything... Of course a liar and the administration did nothing to help us. They even were sarcastic telling us that the annonce in the bus said "you should not forget anything in the bus" BE AWARE !! Mi viaje fue MALISIMO con la compañía "EXCLUCIVA"! No la recomiendo por nada a nadie Viaje CUZCO-LIMA. Salida a las 17h10 de Cuzco, llegada hoy a las 15h en Lima. 1) No wifi durante todo las 22h de viaje 2) TV personales casi todas rotas y selection de películas malísimas 3) Comida fría y sin nada de gusto 4) Tripulante de cabina muy poco amable que hablaba a los clientes como si fueran perros EL PEOR fue que me olvidé el celular en mi asiento y el tiempo de bajar (el último) y de darme cuenta había desparecido.... traté de pedir ayuda a la administración de la terminal javier prado pero ni trataron de buscar o ayudar Entonces todos los servicios adicionales del servicio "exclusivo" para que pagé no estaban. Son ladrones ustedes.
They have a service which is a 180 degrees seat, so by far is more comfortable to travel in this kind of seat. Additional services in bus are just the same. Other bus types offered by the same company can be mediocre or poor according to price.
Unfortunately the day we tried to get tickets the system went out, so we had to wait almost an hour to buy one. Other than that, there's plenty of parking on the premises and they have a separate building if you want to send cargo somewhere. I liked the fact that you can also buy tickets to leave from other stations throughout the city if you want.
