If you're staying in Iquitos, stay here. The location is fantastic, close to great restaurants and such. The owner Luis is about as friendly as they come, very hospitable and helpful! The rooms are pretty and spacious for a decent price, ours had a flat-screen TV, and a cool stand alone shower. There are two verandas where you can hang out and watch at the city go by. The rooms towards the back of the hotel are very quiet. There is free filtered water so you don't have to buy your own (and waste plastic), and the communal kitchen is big and kept very tidy. Highly recommend!

This hostel has been the most lively I’ve seen which was sooo nice due to lack of travelers from the pandemic. My favorite part of the stay had to be the community spaghetti dinner shared by all and accompanied by great conversation.
Although I found Iquitos a city to be wanting this hostel made up for everything else lacking. Really nice clean rooms with ample space and a great host who spoke and understood English impeccably well. Beds were nice and comfy and plenty of hot water in your own bathroom. If you are travelling to Iquitos be sure to check in here, you will not be disappointed.
Clean and simple. The owner is very helpful and knows the city. He also speaks English. WiFi ok by Amazon standards. They were renovating the place when we were there, so soon it will be more modern, cozy and have a new kitchen. There is a small supermarket on the corner and two restaurants with 5 soles menu.
Abuela Neydita is an energetic force of love! The woman running this place makes it feel like home, they have rooms ranging more or less of 50s in person when booking. All rooms are w cold shower and comfy clean beds, also there is a community kitchen for cooking. Super lovely vibes and close to all the central bits of Iquitos ( :
A wonderful place and the best is the friendly host Neydita. She helps you with everything and even argue with the taxi driver for you, that you pay less. I was happy to stay there and she even wrote the direktion to all my destinations of the day down.
