Very nice place at the Amazon river ..very unique expiration .. h had a very good and kind guide Mr : Guillermo Silvano i am thankful for him ..but the manager of the place was so bad because i was woman and alone ..he gave me very bad service ..like sending a group with a very good boat to a close place and sending me with a very bad boat with no cover on the head with all the burning sun and heat .. also make me wait long time alone in the jungle when the guide and another tourist went back to the lodge by walking and i said i was so tired ..and they said the manger will send me a boat to take me back to the lodge ..i had to look for another boat in an empty jungle .. and go back alone to the lodje after waiting for them more than 60 minutes ..instead of 10

The place so beautiful , suts people how love nature and disconnect from every thing except the beauty of the nature ..worker are so good and helpful Every thing was perfect except the manager of the place ..hope they change him Mr Guillermo Silvano the tourist guide was perfect
Guillermo was an amazing guide and I had a wonderful time. The food and lodging was great and it was an overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see the Amazon
We felt this jungle package and first jungle experience was sold on paper. In reality it was absolutely the biggest let down we have had. The idea of an Amazonian experience is great and is full of excitement on paper. In reality this place and the people who run it are slow, without initiative, lazy not hospitable in the least. The lodge based events are a waste of time. The highlight was the visit to the animal sanctuary, the only good experience in my opinion. The meal time experience made you feel like you had to dish up tons of food because there would be nothing left when it was your turn. I would not recommend this establishment nor the 2 day one night experience. I feel grateful that we are not staying another day here. I wish I had of read a review like this as I would not have opted for this tour nor the tour company At ALL.
Cumaceba Amazon Lodge was a wonderful and paceful place,I love it nice contact with the animals and nature.Learning a lot and interesting things with my tour guide Francisco (He is the best) ,Recomended 100 %
Nice place, friendly staff. It's not for someone looking for all commodities. Mosquitoes more than needed. Probably our visit was not at the best season, heavy rain but also some sunny days or hours. Our guide knew the jungle and its animals and plants to the finest level. A place for a good way to get to know some of the secrets of the selva.
Nice food. Good tour. Nice gides who speak English.
