I am late writing my review as I stayed here with my kids in November. We stayed a total of three nights and we did not regret it! The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable! Victoria is an amazing host and Juan a great tour guide. I decided to stay here after reading all the great reviews. The breakfasts were amazing and being able to spend time by the pool was great, my kids really enjoyed it!! I had contacted them a few weeks before arriving and let them know what we wanted to do for the tours, we went to the desert to see the sunset and the following day to the canyon. Both trips were memorable! I am so glad we did them, Juan is a great guide! He knows the desert like the back of his hand. Both were private tours. I would recommend this place to everyone! I would definitely come here again!!

This place was amazing. I loved the layout. Visited a part of an event so not sure if meals are always a part of the stay. If it is, you are in for a great treat. Food was amazing. The pool area was such a nice setting with hummingbirds and butterflies flying all around. There is even a macaw that lives in the tree out front. Highly recommend.

Nice place but overrated. We have stayed in another hostel in Ica for one night but given the very high reviews and the amount of tours offered we have decided to change to this home stay. The location is in an extremely quiet, fenced and guarded residential area so ideal for safety but a bit remote from the city center - you will need a taxi to go anywhere. We made the Nazca line tour but the website description of it (and other aspects..) was rather misleading. We were picked up and brought to Nazca airport by an agency and then we were basically on our own - we flew with a different company that the planned one (this is rather common in Nazca and not directly imputable to Waranqu, but more control..) and any additional things we wanted to see we had to deal with it ourselves. This is totally fine of course but it feels different than what proposed on the website. The only tour that is certainly lead by the owner is the one in the desert. The owners are mostly Spanish speakers, fine to me but also surprising. It is rather unclear whether they offer also the drop off service as stated in the website as we had to pay ourselves. The house is nice, with the swimming pool and the desert next to it, and so the rooms but for the same money you get room service every day. The double rooms are build in the garden and they are not exactly insects free. Better be ready to pay in cash as card payment is subjected to owner presence. In general we had a good experience but we have found it quite overrated for the offer and the price.

Nice, quiet place in a good neighbourhood. Garden with a pool where you can relax. Rooms basic, but fine and clean (soap, towel). No cleaning service (we stayed for 3 days). You can wash your clothes at the B&B. Breakfast is very good (eggs, avocado, fresh orange juice, fruit, tea, coffee). I didnt recognize the reviews on Google. Family isnt visible most of the time, daugther doesnt feel like like translating for her parents(father speaks spanish only, mother a little bit of english. Tours on website that are not private, aren’t organised by the owner. Organisation of those tours are messy from time to time.
Spent the afternoon here playing in the pool and having some drinks. The food was amazing and I would definitely come back again.
