Absolutely one of my favourite hostels. Gigi and her family are kind and so welcoming. The hostel is spotless and in a great location. Rooms are big and spacious, you will not want to leave. There's a good kitchen for cooking too. Highly recommend, thank you for having me gigi x

I have been staying in Punta Huanchaco for 3 weeks. I love it! It’s feels like home. Cozy hostel ran by awesome family. Good vibe, clean, nice. Amazing kitchen. Perfect location. Free Coffee,tea. And yep, 6 cats and one lovely dog are members of this family.

Punta Haunchaco The best place in the down no doubts ! We stayed 10 days at Punta and will definitely come back! Gigi and Darrio the owners are really friendly and helpful. They take great care of the cleanliness of the rooms and the public spaces. The hostel is very close to the surfing area and offers an outdoor shower, a nice balcony with seating areas. They let us use fully equipped and clean shared kitchen. The rooms are relatively spacious and new without AC but fans. Thanks for amazing hospitality, not recommended for non pet lovers .
Such a welcoming, clean and lovely place! The hosts are very helpful and friendly, the hostel is perfect for surfers, all equipment is there (outside shower, surf rack, dry rack for wetsuits etc.) The coffee is great, rooms super comfy and the cats and dog add to the homely atmosphere! Remarkable clean and we love how caring the hosts are, not only for their guest, but also for their (rescue) animals and the environment!
Sparkling clean and quiet hostel in front of the surf break. Gigi and Dario are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hostel is quite chill and easy to meet people.
Beautiful hostel! The hosts make you feel at home and the atmosphere in the hostel is just great. The rooms are spacious and clean and the kitchen well equipped. It is just a few meters away from the beach and has great common areas. They even have a balcony. One of the best hostels I've stayed at in South America!
