We booked a Paracas tour with this agency through our hotel in Ica. The tour was average until almost the end. You will know why I only give 2 stars when you read all. Let's start with the positive things. We were picked up on time. The drivers was as friendly as a South American tour guide or driver can be. He explained a couple things on the way. He did it only in Spanish but we were lucky to have another guest translating for us. We did a boat tour around the island, saw many birds, sea lions, pinguins and a lot of great landscape. So that was the good part. Now what really disappointed me! At the end we were brought to a restaurant called "La Tia Pily". The bus driver or agency have a deal with them. He drove us right in front of the places, the restaurant owner was pretty much blocking the way out of the bus and was directing us in his place. Not knowing that we would soon spent 120 soles for two less than average fish dishes and and 2 soft drinks. This restaurant is not worth its prices. Food came cold, plates came in 10 minutes difference, the drinks came 20 minutes later and the restaurant has no toilets. I am sorry Daniel Bendezu Travel Tours but this restaurant ruined our entire tour.

The tour of paraca was not profesional. the driver explained the paraca reserve in Spainish and we have no clue what he talked in the entire tour. also the driver took us to the pricy and undervalued seafood restaurant as he knows someone who worked in the restaurant. this tour was awful. please ignore this tour agent and it will ruin your tour in ica.
