Good ride from Cusco to Puno: long, but there are several excursions along the way to make the ride less boring. Wifi does NOT work.

Not a very good bus ride from Puno to Cusco, on the guided tourist route. Very difficult to follow the guide who speaks two languages at the same time. Not very clean inside the bus, either, the arm rests were very sticky, and we had to clean them ourselves. Friendly guide, but difficult to follow. The first stop (at the museum) is extremely unadapted to the group of tourists traveling on the bus, as it's too small! You can't fit inside, physically, the number of people traveling on the bus, at the same time! I would not recommend this ride, at least not if it's fine this way...

Worst bus company ever! The bus was not in a good condition, the WIFI didn't work either. On the way to Puno the bus did not stop at the Inka Bridge as advertised in the brochure! The guide Enrique was very rude towards the passengers calling them "liars". Do not go with this company if you want to have a nice trip and be treated with respect!

This bus service from Cusco to Puno is functional and the seats are reasonably comfortable, but the wi-fi did not work during our journey despite the side of the bus promising wi-fi. The worst part of the trip was the bus's tour guide, a smarmy, rude idiot named Enrique. He obnoxiously tried to play off the lack of wi-fi as a benefit, arrogantly declaring that we should talk to each other instead of using the Internet, a hacky line I might expect from an 80-year-old, but not a middle-aged man. Our journey was plagued by this moron, who, at various stops, condescendingly led us through the local attractions, giving endless speeches that wouldn't be worthy of a tenth-rate college professor at unaccredited for-profit East Bumf*ck College, Alabama. We had much, much better tour guides with Condor Travel, but unfortunately they subcontracted this bus trip to Cusela. I'm sure you could probably do worse, but I hope not. The worst thing about Enrique is that when we made a mistake and one of us didn't hear his instructions -- which was our fault, I'll admit -- he got angry and lectured us on listening more carefully and then called my father mentally ill as well as referring to him as a "white chicken". Sure, we made a mistake. But you should be nice to your customers whether they are making mistakes or not. That's customer service 101, you jackass.
