It's a nice place to see the art from Peruvian artists. The art is very nice. The only problem is that it concentrates all the arts in a small room. The structure of the place makes it to be very tiring. I would only recommend to go if you have bought Cusco ticket.
Small and kind of hard to notice unless you're looking for it, this museum lives in the basement of a municipal building. It's technically on the tourist pass, but nobody checked my pass when I wandered in. I was definitely told not to take photos though, even without flash. There are a few interesting pieces in here, but overall expect to see small wooden or clay sculptures of daily life and a LOT of nativity scenes, as well as various other Christan scenes and knickknacks. If you're into that, might be worth visiting.
It's a very small museum, you can view everything in about 20 minutes. I think the best part is the collection of photographs from the 1920's.
There was cool art. Close to the city center. Pretty cost effective to spend about an hour.
The art is beautiful. It is forbidden to take pictures which I didn't like.
Pretty bad museum. There are some decent and interesting art pieces here but the museum is poorly kept, poorly organized, and the majority of the art is not worth seeing. Recommend spending your time elsewhere.
