Unfortunately due to flight cancellations we were unable to keep our reservation for the Sacred Valley tour with Mega Expeditions but wanted to leave a positive review because they were so good to work with on trying to reschedule and then refund when rescheduling didn’t work out. Based on their customer service I’m positive the tour would have been absolutely fantastic. When we get a chance to rebook a trip to Cusco down the road I won’t need to look at any other excursion providers as I’ll be going right back to them based on my experiences.

I did the inka-jungle tour some time ago and really enjoyed it!! It is a really cool and adventures way to get to Matchu Picchu and way cheaper than the inka trail. I especially enjoyed the ziplining!! Good overall service and they provided really good vegan food after request! :) I'd do it again.
I was traveling in Cusco and went on Salkantay trek with Mega expeditions,it was fabulous trip. And Nixon was so helpful with everything! He's nice and passion! The agency has everything on the trek you'll need,just have to bring some clothes! Also the meals were fab!!! Totally suggest you to go with! 10/10!

Great experience! Since Machu Picchu trip might be the trip of a lifetime, I am glad that Mega Expeditions can make the most of it :) the team treats you as a friend, not just a customer, which is always a welcome for a solo traveler like me.
During June 2019, my friends and I went on a guided tour of the Salkantay trek, Peruvian jungle, Inca Trail, and Macchu Picchu that was organized by Nixon Alvarez from Mega Expeditions. Our trip was absolutely incredible and Nixon organized everything perfectly. Nixon took time of out his days to show us around Cusco and give us recommendations regarding lodging, dining, and local attractions. Overall, we had an amazing experience in Peru thanks to the great service provided by Nixon and his team.
I had the best experience with all the tours , from the city tour, Machu Picchu, and the rainbow mountain, wish I had more days to visit all the beautiful places in cusco, love the historic building, churches, parks, and the history of the Incas. I was referred by a friend and I will recommend anyone to book their tours with Mega Expeditions, the staff was very nice and met us at the hotel after each tour to explain the next tour. I really had a great time . Awesome,job guys thanks for the great experience.
