This place was amazing - best customer service by the reception staff and the lady at the cafeteria. Always keen to help and accomodate with any requirement. Loved the new look of the interior and our room was ultra cozy. Thank you so much for everything!

It's hard to find a quite place to sleep in Cusco, especially close to center Plaza. But this place is definitely one of them, friendly staff, good response, I didn't like my original room, they switched me to another one without any problem. Great center garden. The staff don't speak English well, but maybe I should just learn more Spanish.
I couldn't have imagined a better place to start in Peru. Ricardo is seriously the most helpful and kind person I know! He organized a taxi to pick us up from the airport, he connected us with an english speaking tour organizer where we experienced our favorite parts of Peru, introduced us to Morenas Restaurant! OMG their ceviche is to die for! Our trip wouldn't have been nearly as amazing if it wasn't for Ricardo. Not to mention his hotel is so cozy. We will definitely Come back to visit again!
100% charming and rustic in a little pedestrian alley just a few feet away from the plaza de armas. I totally loved it.
