This was a wonderful hotel! We (couple) stayed there for 5 nights, the room provided had two bedrooms so was pretty spacious for us. Location is great as well, around 15 min straight lane walk to main square. Staff/Hotel manager spoke English and were friendly as well.

Small and basically dark rooms, but comfortable for a short stay. We spent only two nights here, for this it was perfect. The crew is really friendly, the only problem is that it is hard to find anyone here who speaks english, but they really try to help in everything. The area is not the best in Cusco, but still doesnt feel too dangerous, and the historic centre is only 15 minutes walk from here.
Personnel is super kind, they offer you first hand information, they have a room in case you newd to store luggage but you don't have your room yet. Is clean and rooms are spacious, is near the downtown and other spots so is convenient what i didn't like is the bed and pillow are not the most comfortable, other than that is a good spot.
Value for money. OK place, nice rooms and nice staff.
Nice hotel. Decent rooms and beds. Worth the money and has a good breakfast. good reception and friendly staff. Hot water always.

Really great amenities! Breakfast is amazing, lots of fruits and breads to choose from, plus made to order eggs (watch out vegetarians the scrambled eggs have ham in them!). The wifi is good, the rooms are clean, and the location is good - about 10-15 minute walk to the main plaza!
Had a room booked & paid in advance. Arrived at the hotel after Machu Picchu at 8pm with no room available to stay. Was told they don’t guarantee confirmations made online.
