Wonderful experience! Our guides Darwin and Jorge were knowledgeable, kind and helpful! They and the porters calmed any nerves we had and made us feel very safe and comfortable. We were in Peru 12 days and this was a highlight of our trip! The trail is stunning. The cook Humberto made amazing delicious food every day also! We chose Haku travel for their reputation for porter treatment. As an organization everything was organized, information was well laid out and they ere very communicative and prompt in answering emails.

We heard it's one of the best agencies in Cusco and we can confirm it from our own experience. It is not the cheapest one, but the trip (we went for the 3-days Jungle trek) was organized extremely well, paying attention to all the little details that make the difference. Our guide Emerson was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke good English.

Did the 1-day Machu Picchu trek with them and I am very happy. The driver was on time in the morning, our guide for the mountain was great, and the day went without any issues as they explained everything perfectly and had staff waiting for us upon arrival. I did get a better deal than a friend who booked a tour with a different company as he paid the same price as I paid but they booked him the later train which was the cheapest option, he had to pay an additional 9US to get on the 4:43 train so I’d recommend booking with these guys!
