We were traveling from Cusco to Puerto Maldonado and return. Each ticket was 85 /sol. First class. Terminal is clean and security exists. The bags are taken off you and weighed - 20kg is the limit then you will have to pay. The interior first class looks nice but a lot of wear and tear. On our return the blankets and cushion were used - we found hair on them and mine whiffed. The AC was on very strong. The sandwich given out is not to be trusted! See photo not sure you would want to eat that. Most uncomfortable 10-11 hrs of a bumpy And cramped ride in the dark! We will never use a night bus again. By the way there is a flight that will do the same journey in 22min to 30min. We were never given the option by bamba experience to take the flight. The WiFi doesn't exist, no head phones supplied and all the in-ride films are in Spanish - no English options. Supposedly we could have had a drink on the ride that should have been supplied but the waiter never asked us as his English was so poor.

Good company- comfy sits, individual Tv, food included
Absolutely the best bus I've been on. They check your bags onto the bus for you. Everyone is scanned through security, check your passport and ticket. They film walking through the bus for security reasons and I even saw them film the driver taking a breathalyser. We upgraded to VIP seats which were cheap as chips and felt like we were flying first class! Highly recommend.
We paid twice the price of a normal bus ticket for nothing: they didn't have the vegetarian food I ordered in advance, the seats were broken and at the end they gave back our backpack full of oil... And so were all our clothes... I reached their client service and it took them 3 weeks to send a useless answer... Don't waste your money with this company! Go to moviltour for example.
SCAM, NOT RECOMMENDED!! THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! We bought VIP tickets from Cusco to Copacabana. They cancelled the bus with no explanation and never gave us back our 70, despite numerous contacts with customer service. Eventually we took another bus with Transzela, similar price, okay service but not the best either.
Very strong heating was turned over night. Like in sauna, which made impossible to breath and slip at night from Cusco to Puno. Really not a joke, it was impossible. Never again!
Good and well care buses! Recommended for long trips mainly by night!
Worst long distance bus experience (in Peru between Puno and Cusco): almost 7 hours in a bus without a single stop. There was no air-con, the ventilation worked on but it was not enough even if the bus was all shiny and new. We ended up in a stuffy hot atmosphere. We had similar long distance trips with other companies (touristic or just local companies) which were much more pleasant.
