Great location, the breakfast it's tasty, the volunteers are very kind and are willing to take a beer with you. It have paper on the toilet, the showers are clean. I recommend this place for staying.
Very fun place, nice owner. Ping pong table, hot water, free tea all day. A great place to feel at home in cusco
Nice and friendly hostel with good atmosphere. Stayed both in a dorm an private room, both very clean and comfy. The staff is helpful and 24/7 available.
I booked a tour with the hostel and from that point it went downhill. First they didn’t reserve my spot for the tour so the day of pick up there was no pick up. I had to wait one more day and stay a day extra in Cusco which was not my plan. After a lot of discussion with the hostel they agreed to give me a free night (which they didn’t wanna give me at first). The day after the company picked me up and everything went fine until it was time for lunch. Apparently the lunch was not included!! I had specifically asked about lunch because I’m a vegetarian and that that was included. The tour guide was super rude and refuse to let me in the restaurant?! After that he just said I had to find my one lunch. No help what so ever just abandon me on the street. Back at the hostel I asked for my money back but they also refused to give me that. The manager didn’t want to give me anything in return for the bad experience and errores they had made. And to top it all of the manager blamed a poor volunteer that had only been working a week. No customer service at all just so rude and not helpful at all. Don’t stay here!
several people who stayed here independently of each other got really bad foodpoisoning, probably the teawater was not properly boiled or something was wrong with the breakfast. Its no fun having foodpoisoning and it will easily cost you several days of your travells
My stay here was really nice, good little breakfast and a all kitchen to cook, ping pong table, the staff are awesome super friendly! Would recommend for sure !!
I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were very helpful with information about treks, comfortable beds and a nice little breakfast!
