Went into this store to buy a lovely craft mirror. The sales person gave a price of 1020S and discounted it to 820S after phoning the boss, with a FEDEX shipping price of US318. He went to lunch and handed over to female sales person , then another man who then checked the shipping measurements and said that it was a mistake and after 3 more people checked the measurements it went up to US424. This all took about an hour. We went to have lunch and came back ready to buy. We were told that the price of the mirror was a mistake and it was now 883S - ok, and then after calling the boss it was cleared that this was also the price including credit card charges . We agreed to buy the mirror. Then , they decided that they hadnt included the taxes. But there's more, they then decide that they'd made a mistake in the percentage discount and recalculated the mirror price to be another two hundred S. At this stage We objected as it was all decided and just seemed to be going up and up every time we agreed on a price. All 4 shop assistance then decided to call the boss who it appears told them that if they sold us the mirror at the agreed price of 883S then the staff would have to pay the difference. Basically they were not going to do this and refused to sell us the mirror. The shop assistant told us that although it was all their fault, we should have to pay because we earned more money than them. The shop floor staff were very unprofessional and had what appeared to be very little training in working out discounts and FEDEX prices. This was a very upsetting experience all round and i can really blame the boss for not training the staff adequately for the job.
