Do not hire this service, you have been warned. They are a total scam. They lie to you saying you have to pay 80-100 of handeling fees at arrival, but you end up having to pay an extra 1200 to be able to retrieve your belongings. I ended up paying 2400 for 1m3 plus the extra 1200. The customs clearing agent at destination (from a diferent company) could not believe that we had to pay that amount to the shipping company. El servicio contratado con Express Transports ha resultado ser una estafa absoluta. Contratamos con estos señores una mudanza internacional y el coste que nos cotizaron y que nosotros aceptamos, porque era un coste de mercado, finalmente se ha triplicado cuando los enseres han llegado a destino. Nos indicaron en su cotización que los costes portuarios y aduaneros rondarían en torno a los 160-180 USD y finalmente nos han pasado una factura de 780 USD. El coste se ha triplicado con respecto al que nos cotizaron. Les hemos reclamado este extra coste y no se hacen cargo de ello. Nos hemos visto obligados a pagar el importe para poder recibir los enseres en nuestro domicilio. Adicional a esto indicaron que la mudanza demoraría unos 36 días calendario y ha demorado más de 60. Una decepción absoluta, engañan a los clientes. Si tienen que hacer mudanza elijan otra empresa que sea seria de verdad, porque estos señores han demostrado que no lo son.
