I went to 2 Cassinellis. The first in Republica de Panama and the second on the Panamericana circa Benevides. The experience in each was completely different. In the first they only had limited stock of the tile I wanted but identified that they had them in other but distant stores and they could not deliver....I left. Knowing that staff and companies are not always efficient in Peru, I went to a 2nd Cassinelli on my way home. This store used to be larger but now has reduced in size and stock. However the service was completely different. I found a tile which again was not in stock but they could deliver to my address within 2 days. I purchased the tiles on Tuesday at about 19:00 and they were delivered about 10:00 on Thursday.... excellent service. Just a shame that the first store couldn't do it! The moral is don't believe everything you are told by staff in stores or if the first store advisor was correct then the same company has different policies for different stores. These two stores are only about 4 km apart in distance but much further in the level of service they offer.

Cuidado con las promociones publicadas de mayolicas pisos dicen en metro cuadrado el precio tener descuento pero a la hora de cobro te generan un mayor cobro. Estar atentos. a mí me pasó y me hicieron esperar 1 hora incómodamente al final ni se disculparon y me dieron una nota de crédito en vez del dinero
