They are not truthful with their prices. They tell you a price and when you go to pay the price magically increases! I went three times to the store because I wasn’t sure if I liked the purse. Then when I finally came with the money she increased the price by 20!! I left very disappointed specially because she said they do not take card and I went out if my way to bring cash.

Treat yourself to some custom handmade shoes. One if the highlights of Lima. We had a pair of 41 women's shoes made for my wife. Awesome service and quality designs. The workshop is upstairs.

I love this place Amy, Lucho and everyone there is so helpful and friendly they will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. High quality shoes and superb service. I had my shoes made in 4 days. Normally it takes about 7 but I pay a Rush Fee (well worth it) and I’m more than happy. Highly recommend and I would definitely come back here.
The shoes are very fine but the experience is to get them custom made. It’s the same price whether you buy in store or get them measured and then made to any leather type and color you want. Once they have made them once for you, they have your foot mold and can make others. Takes a week to turn around custom shoes. Get it done if you have time or returning to Lima at end of your trip.
Worst customer service ever! The manager (owner) was so rude and obnoxious, he pretty much yelled at us. A person like this shouldn't manage any kind of business. My family and I left the store so dissapointed not only for the products they sell but especially for the customer service which was horrendous. Definitely not coming back. There are many other stores in Peru that sell leather shoes and have way better customer service. Pésimo servicio al cliente. El gerente es un mal educado, prepotente y agresivo. Los zapatos si bien son hechos a mano tampoco es que sean excelentes, tuve problemas de comodidad y talla y eso que se mandaron a hacer a la medida. Tuve una horrible experiencia. No lo recomiendo para nada.
