I'm not sure what to say. The bad. This hotel was included in a tour package. The bathroom window is broken. The mosquitos infested the shower at night with the light and moisture. I woke up with bites all over body. The room was missing towels. The room was missing toilet paper. I expected a little more. Please improve on these things for future travelers. The good. The bathroom water was hot. The tv had many channels. The area is very central and quiet. Very close to the hot springs.

It was clean and the staff was very sweet and friendly. The female receptionist was very nice. She understood I was stressed out after four hours of walking and not being able to meet my tourist guide where I was told . Not only was she patience she walked me to the store and show me the bus stop.
Average hostel. Great staff. May seem cold at first but they are very accommodating and helpful. We ended up in a situation where we were done with Machu Picchu early due to rain and had already checked out. Came back to get a quick room until our train arrived and they were super helpful about an affordable rate. Definitely made our day.

It was pleasure to stay there, staff were nice, breakfast was good (compare what we got in other hostels) and it was warm in the room.
Very noisy, we had a private room and we were unable to use the shower because of the bad smell coming out of the bathroom, the lack of lights and almost no hot water.
Building is absurdly loud. People are up late in the common areas yelling and having loud conversations, then the staff gets in around 3:30-4am to make breakfast. I slept maybe a few hours at most. The beds are additionally incredibly uncomfortable, though not bad compared to the noise. The noise carries throughout the building and it is sincerely a problem. I would not recommend staying here if you hope to get any sleep at all.
A perfectly serviceable hostel - we went in September and it was quiet. Standard hostel breakfast included, but the kitchen is a bit on the grubby side.
